About IOANNA
My academic career started in Greece in 2012 when I was admitted to the university of Athens where I managed to acquire my license (consisted of four years so it is equivalent of M1 in France) in Philology, that is to say ancient Greek , Latin, modern Greek, history and literature, both ancient and contemporary. It was after an academic semester in Erasmus at the University of Nanterre (Paris 10) that I decided to follow a masters degree in Humanities in Nanterre after the end of my studies, so here I am doing my M2 in Nanterre!

Having already given modern Greek classes to elementary school students and foreign students, the practice I use instead consists of two parts: at first, we work on acquiring a practical vocabulary to teach the students to be able to approach and act according to their everyday needs. Then, we focus on grammar (through exercises) and syntax while simultaneously dealing with texts, news articles but also literary texts in order to get in touch with Greek culture. After all everything depends on each person's personality! I'm equally fluent in French and English.
