About Martha
I graduated from Monash with degree in finance. I am currently in my final semester of post graduate degree in Curtin and currently working on doing my CA. I have experiences in customer services, practical experiences in accounting and finance for 5 years. I have tutored my mom's students who are behind at school (my mom is an accounting teacher) and tutored my own siblings and cousins.

I will need to get to know his/ her result, the subject, the book the teacher at school/uni is using so that I know their approaches. I will do quick 5 mins test before we start the tutor so that I know the strenght and the weakness of the student and so that we can recall our previous topic. This kind of methods have been used by most of people from prestigious universities like Harvard, Oxford, Prince. I have practiced this myself and have done it when tutoring my mom students and proven to increase their productivity and effectivity in study by 30-45%
