Hi ! I am Dr Monika Bhatnagar,a certified yoga instructor with several years of experience in guiding students through the practice of yoga. Over the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of working with diverse groups, helping individuals enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My approach to teaching is holistic, focusing not only on the physical aspects of yoga but also incorporating mindfulness, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive space where students can deepen their practice, regardless of their experience level. Whether you're looking to build strength, flexibility, or simply find a moment of peace in your day, I am here to guide and support your journey."
