About Guila

I am a doctorate student with over ten years of tutoring experience teaching students of all ages. My academic background covers multiple subjects, focusing on psychology, biology, chemistry, history, and political science. I’ve also worked as a freelance translator (English and French) and have helped many students struggling with academic writing.

About the lesson

As a graduate student with over ten years of tutoring experience, I can help you (or your child) reach their full potential this school year. Whether you need help understanding math and sciences or you're looking for someone to help you perfect your essays, it would be my pleasure to break it down for you. My teaching methodology is rooted in my belief that every student should be equipped with efficient studying and problem-solving tools that can be applied to any academic endeavor. I focus on building strong foundations in the given subject before adding the necessary details. I tailor my methods to each student's goals, strengths, and weaknesses. My approach is informed both by my experience as a student and tutor and by my psychology background.
