About Miranda

I'm a yogi, runner, and cloud watcher based in San Diego, CA. For me, yoga isn't just a physical practice; it's a safe place where one can play, challenge themselves, and reconnect with the body through breath. I completed my 200hr YTT at the The Corner Yoga Studio with Rebecca Ambrose and April Evans.
My classes welcome individuals of all levels and backgrounds with the goal of fostering a sense of belonging. It's a space where people can unplug from the chaos of daily life and be present in the moment. Come join me for vinyasa, some groovy tunes, and a bit of fun!

Curious about yoga but don't know where to start? Looking to deepen your practice at your own pace? I'm passionate about getting to know you and what you'd like to explore and work on, at any level.
Class options include:
- 60 minute vinyasa flow
- 60 minute restorative yin
- 30 minutes vinyasa + 30 minutes yin
I'll send over a few get-to-know-you questions before we meet and I'll craft a yoga sequence unique to you.

Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. Yin Yoga encourages you to hold poses for extended periods, allowing body to release tension and improve flexibility. This not only calms the mind but also promotes emotional balance, making it an ideal complement to more active forms of exercise. Yin Yoga offers a nourishing experience for both body and soul.
