About Ramya
I’m a passionate and experienced Biology tutor with a Master’s degree in Medical Microbiology and 13 years of teaching experience. My teaching style is interactive and student-centred, designed to make complex scientific concepts clear, engaging, and relevant. I focus on helping students build understanding and confidence through discussion, visual learning, and plenty of exam-style practice using past paper questions. My approach combines deep understanding with strategic exam preparation. I guide students through key content and focus heavily on exam techniques, including how to interpret questions, plan answers, and use marking schemes effectively. I track progress carefully, adapt lessons to each learner, and use targeted feedback to help students move from uncertainty to excellence
