About Aslihan

Hi, I'm Aslihan – a dedicated MSc student in Applied Statistics and Data Science, with a First-Class Honours degree in Mathematics. I’ve always been passionate about helping others understand and enjoy mathematics, and I bring both academic excellence and a supportive attitude to every lesson. With a strong foundation in areas such as algebra, calculus, statistics, and further maths, I tailor each session to the individual needs of my students—whether you're preparing for exams, catching up on topics, or aiming to deepen your understanding. My lessons are structured, engaging, and paced to suit your learning style, with plenty of encouragement and clear explanations. Professionalism is at the heart of my tutoring. I come prepared, I track progress, and I work with you to build confidence and independence in your learning. About the lesson

As a passionate MSc student in Applied Statistics and Data Science with a First-Class BSc in Mathematics, I offer personalised tutoring in Maths, Arithmetic, Further Maths, and Statistics for learners at all levels—from primary school to university. My approach is tailored to each student’s learning style. I focus on building strong foundations, encouraging critical thinking, and making complex concepts easy to understand. I use real-world examples, visual aids, and problem-solving techniques to help students feel confident and motivated. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, with flexible scheduling to suit individual needs. I ensure each session is interactive, supportive, and goal-oriented—whether you need help preparing for exams, catching up on classwork, or mastering advanced topics. I’ve previously worked as an English teacher, which helped me develop strong communication and engagement skills, and I actively apply these in my maths and stats tutoring. My lessons are suitable for all levels, from KS3 and GCSE to A-Level and undergraduate students. Let’s make learning maths enjoyable and effective—together!
