About Javid
I have a bachelor's degree in Biomedical sciences, and a master's degree in Immunology. I am a new tutor with a passion for teaching. My teaching experience comes from peer to peer teaching in university, as well as teaching and training medical staff in clinical settings. My aim is to gain tutoring experience and help students reach their full potential. I would like to work towards becoming a teacher one day, and I believe this is a great way to do so!

I prefer to speak with my students prior to each lesson to discuss and evaluate the different areas which they find challenging, in an effort to tailor each lesson to match their needs and prepare exercises directly related to those topics. The lessons can have any format that the student thinks they will benefit from the most, such as: - Teaching a topic - Tutorials for how to approach different questions - Reviewing completed exercises Each session we have will be interactive and tailored to suit the student’s needs. I don’t believe in classes where the teacher simply talks at the student the whole time. We will discuss each topic, go through relevant exercises, and evaluate how the student reaches each solution. As my student, you are the boss. If you feel like the teaching method is not helpful, we will approach it another way to ensure you get the most out of each session. The lessons will be conducted in 1 hour sessions, but can be extended if necessary. I can teach any student up to GCSE level.
