About Taya

I have over 4 years of experience teaching Physics, backed by a BSc in Theoretical Physics. One of my favourite areas to teach is acoustics and the physics of music. I use audio experiments and wave visualisations to make these topics come alive. This hands-on approach helps students hear and see the science behind sound. I am passionate about explaining sound production, resonance, musical scales, and instrument design. My goal is to connect physics principles to the art of sound and music in a clear and engaging way. I believe that understanding the science behind music makes learning both fun and meaningful. About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on nurturing a deep and personal understanding of Physics. I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to fit their unique needs and pace. Alongside core Physics topics, I include related subjects like computer modelling, data visualisation, numerical methods, and basic scientific programming. These tools help students explore concepts through simulations and real-world applications. I encourage students to use computational methods to see how physics works in practice. This hands-on approach makes learning interactive and exciting. I support students in building their skills step by step, ensuring they feel confident at every stage. Whether preparing for exams or working on assignments, I guide them to think critically and solve problems independently. With experience as a research assistant and a strong interest in nuclear physics, I bring practical insights to my teaching. Together, we celebrate computational skills as a powerful way to understand complex physics topics. My goal is to help students excel, develop curiosity, and enjoy their learning journey.
