About Bailey
I hold a BA in Physics and bring over four years of tutoring experience to my students. My main focus is helping learners explore condensed matter physics and materials science with clarity and confidence. I enjoy making complex topics like crystal structures, band theory, superconductivity, and semiconductors understandable and relatable. In my sessions, I connect abstract concepts to real-world applications in technology, such as electronics, renewable energy, and modern computing. My teaching approach in Physics is based on making complex ideas simple and clear. I guide students through AP Physics concepts, from mechanics and electricity to magnetism, waves, optics, and modern physics. Each lesson is structured to review key topics, strengthen weak areas, and build problem-solving confidence. I focus on both conceptual clarity and practical application. Step by step, I teach strategies for tackling multiple-choice questions and writing clear, precise answers for free-response sections. Mathematics plays a big role in Physics, so I integrate math skills wherever needed. I also bring creativity and energy to sessions, often linking abstract concepts with examples from real life and even sci-fi to keep learning engaging. Students receive thorough preparation for high scores, whether for school exams, university tests, or AP Physics. My aim is not just good grades but lasting confidence.
