About Brielle
I am a Physics tutor with over 4 years of experience and a BSc in Physics. My passion lies in making complex topics accessible and exciting for both high school and university students. One of my favourite subjects to teach is particle physics, especially the Standard Model. I introduce students to the fascinating world of quarks, leptons, bosons, and the fundamental forces that govern our universe. Using clear diagrams and simple analogies, I help demystify the interactions between subatomic particles. This approach makes challenging concepts easier to grasp and more engaging. Many of my students are curious about cutting-edge research and the big questions about how the universe works. I enjoy guiding them through these advanced topics with patience and clarity. Whether a student is new to particle physics or eager to explore research ideas, I tailor lessons to their interests and goals. My teaching focuses on building strong conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills. I believe learning should be interactive and fun, encouraging questions and exploration. My teaching approach in Physics is nurturing and personalised, designed to help each student learn at their own pace. I focus on building a strong foundation in core physics topics while encouraging computational exploration. Using computer modelling, data visualisation, and numerical methods, I make complex concepts easier to understand. Scientific programming basics are also integrated to help students apply theory through practical simulations. I believe learning is more effective when students actively participate, so I guide them to explore physics through hands-on computational projects. This method deepens their understanding and builds problem-solving skills. Whether studying thermodynamics, mechanics, or nuclear physics, students learn to use simulations to see physics in action. Supporting students to excel is key. I provide clear explanations, continuous feedback, and tailored exercises. This helps students prepare for exams and assignments confidently. Together, we celebrate computational skills and bring physics to life. My experience as a research assistant and passion for nuclear physics enrich lessons with real-world insight. This balance of theory and practice prepares students for academic success and future careers.
