About Katherine
My name is Katherine, I go by Kat for short. I am an active, energetic individual always open to try new things, and I see the benefit of a mixed approach where you can do fitness and help heal your mind at the same time. It’s worked for me and all my clients in a yoga studio I managed and worked for on the beautiful island of Malta - I’m in adventure mode and would love to keep sharing my passion & knowledge with some new faces online.
