I am an MSc Yoga Therapist with 6 years of teaching experience and 12 years of yoga practice. I specialize in personalized therapeutic yoga and have experience working with students with ankle sprain, varicose veins, osteoarthritis, diabetes, and other wellness needs.

I offer personalized 1-to-1 online yoga sessions designed according to each student's needs, fitness level and goals. I have an MSc in Yoga Therapy, 6 years of teaching experience and 12 years of personal yoga practice.
My sessions can include yoga asanas, pranayama, relaxation, meditation and therapeutic yoga techniques. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I adapt the session to your level and help you practice safely and comfortably.
I focus on improving flexibility, strength, mobility, posture, relaxation and overall well-being. Sessions are conducted online and can be customized according to your goals and schedule.
Suitable for: beginners, intermediate practitioners, seniors, people looking for therapeutic yoga, stress management, flexibility, mobility and general wellness.
