About Hamlet

Playing music is my passion and I love sharing the wonder and versatility of guitar as well as piano with my students. I’ve been playing guitar for more than 10 years and teaching since 2012. I've been a musician since 2001 and I've successfully turned a hobby into something that doing full time for several years. Music has been a lifelong pursuit for me. I have played many instruments over the years while performing with various groups in and out of school. Eventually I decided that music was how I wanted to make my living. I have had the pleasure of studying and working with some of the finest musicians. Each day brings new and exciting challenges to be met. I have really enjoyed the journey to this point and am looking forward to more great things in the future.

About the lesson

My objectives: to help students powerfully communicate through the essence of music and aid the development of children and adults by finding their strengths and weaknesses and to develop their skills and show their musical talents. I emphasize basic skills, good sight-reading, guitar technique, and theory.
Whether you are a beginner or have been playing for years my comprehensive lessons will help you to quickly realize your musical goals. I tailor each lesson to fit your individual needs and will get you strumming your favorite songs, reading music, taking soaring solos, or writing your own melodies while simultaneously deepening your understanding of the language of music. At the end of each lesson you’ll receive an Video , PDF and Guitar Pro of all the material covered.
Kids
I believe in building music fundamentals while fostering a love of playing. My fun, imaginative, and age appropriate classes are just right for any budding musician! Each lesson is customized to get the individual student excited about music, that means playing songs they like and having fun while learning the essential techniques and developing musicality. I have extensive experience working with children 5-16 and adapt my teaching to promote success for each unique student.
