For two years, I was a student of Bobbie Sparks. During my 9th grade year, Mrs. Sparks taught Geometry and 10th grade year she taught Algebra 2. Throughout the two years, I witnessed her generous guidance, innovative teaching, and deep caring for myself and my classmates. Bobbie Sparks is the true definition of what a teacher is expected to be. Sparks is very skilled and innovative at explaining topics that would usually be complicated and difficult for students to understand in a simple and clear way. Sparks is also incredibly thoughtful and hardworking when it comes to helping her students, as she puts in the time and effort to give tutoring lessons to students who ask for extra assistance. My classmates and I highly appreciate her dedication when it comes to supporting and assisting her students, which is why I highly recommend her for this role.

Dr. Sparks is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had, and not just because of how smart she is. She’s the kind of teacher that cares about who you are as a person than what grades you make on a test. She’s willing to work with you, listen to you, give you advice, and help you grow to be the best student you can be both inside and outside of the classroom. She’s just the best!

I believe that Dr Sparks is a trustworthy teacher because of the way she cares for others. As a student that has experienced her teaching first hand, I have seen exactly how passionate she is about her craft. Not only does Dr. Sparks take the time to thoroughly explain material to students, but she also goes the extra mile to provide extra tutoring and counseling whenever it’s needed. It’s not often students come across teachers that are interested in their well being academically and mentally. However, not only does Dr. Sparks verbally express how much she cares for students, but is shown through her actions as she works very hard to nurture towards all of her students individually. Anyone would be lucky to experience the kindness she shares with everyone around her as a teacher!

Dr. Sparks is an outstanding teacher! There are so many good words to describe her character inside and outside the classroom. She has a heart to serve people in anyway needed and is good at helping people understand where they need to improve on skill levels in an easy way. I truly loved having her as my teacher and she has made me love math!

Dr. Sparks always encouraged me to challenge myself and pursue my aspirations. Her lessons were always easy to follow and effective. I never left her classroom without a clear idea of the concepts she taught. Her teaching style is very personal and detailed.

She takes her time to get to know you as a student so she can find the best way to teach you. She adjusts her teaching methods so they they fit each individual student. She is also patient and makes sure above everything else that you understand the topic. If you don’t understand it she takes the time to make sure that she explains it throughly.

Bobbie tutored all three of my kids, all with different ages and different learning styles. Bobbie is gifted in quickly determining a child’s learning style and adapting her method of teaching to best assist each one individually. Not only did she increase their knowledge and application of math, but she also made it fun for them. I highly recommend Bobbie for students of any age or level of understanding; she’s the best and your child will look forward to working with her. She’s a natural teacher and students adore her!
