About Roberta
My name is Roberta. I am 32 years old. I have been playing sports for a lifetime, always changing because I couldn't find my ideal sport. For some years I have found the sport that I like and am passionate about and that has allowed me to grow physically and personally. I'm talking about functional training. Sport that at first I had only taken as a relief valve but which then involved me more and more, as progress came. He has been and continues to be my faithful companion in hard times.

Through my lessons, I want to reach all people: from the least athletic to the most athletic, from the least lazy to the laziest and for everyone, to create targeted and personalized workouts. Through my lessons, I want to help people achieve their personal goals, be a guide for them. I want to allow people to feel alive and convey to them what sport continues to transmit to me even now. I want to be a pillar for everyone, to accompany people on their growth path. Sport makes you grow temperamentally above all.
