About Francesco
I am a Software engineer currently at a multinational company in Dublin, I have worked for more than 5 years in the IT sector in the development of various types of software (from embedded software to websites, with frontends and backends). I also participated in many startup projects, one of which I held the role of CTO for 1 year. In my previous work I have followed several junior developers giving them basic notions of Development for Android and design and development of cloud architectures.

I am primarily focused on making the person understand the mental process to arrive at a solution rather than offering it. So maximum concentration on methodologies and use cases rather than pure theory. I prefer that the person focuses on clear practical examples and with continuous applications of the things learned. I strongly believe in learning by doing, but above all in fail to success.
