About Victor
Teaching for over 50 years to all levels and ages. 15 albums available. Studied piano from 5-15, then composition, conducting, orchestration, jazz, improvisation, world music. Received BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz, then MA in Music Composition from Mills College. Taught in Universities, scoring films and theatre, playing and creating ensembles and various works.

My teaching method is to first determine the kind of intelligence that is strong in the individual and work to develop the other intelligences to support it. Generally, a whole person-centered way to give the student the most support and joy.
