I have 14 years of experience as a band director in a public school setting. I have had many students selected for middle school and high school district bands via an audition process.
I have a very logical and structured yet enjoyable approach to teaching music reading and theory.

Perfect! Michael has done a wonderful job so far helping my daughter feel more comfortable with playing the trombone. There were some great things her middle school taught her and he has already helped her fill in gaps she had with just two lessons.
