About Cherina

Hello! My name is Che, and I am a passionate tutor dedicated to helping students learn with confidence and enjoyment. I teach both Piano and Tagalog, and I believe that learning is most effective when students feel supported, encouraged, and comfortable in the classroom.

As a piano teacher, I enjoy guiding beginners as they develop fundamental skills in music, including note reading, rhythm, technique, and musical expression. My lessons are designed to be engaging, structured, and enjoyable, helping students build both competence and confidence at their own pace.

As a Tagalog tutor, I help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through practical conversations and interactive activities. Whether you're learning Tagalog for personal, academic, cultural, or professional reasons, I tailor lessons to meet your individual goals and learning style.

I am patient, organized, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel motivated to grow. Every lesson is personalized to suit the student's needs, ensuring steady progress while making the learning experience enjoyable and rewarding.

I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and supporting you throughout your learning journey!

About the lesson

My Teaching Method

I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons according to each learner's needs, pace, and goals. My teaching approach is patient, encouraging, and interactive, creating a positive environment where students feel comfortable learning and asking questions.

A typical lesson begins with a review of previous topics, followed by the introduction of new concepts through simple explanations, demonstrations, and guided practice. I use engaging activities, exercises, and practical applications to help students understand and retain what they learn. I also provide constructive feedback and encouragement throughout the lesson.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my commitment to making learning enjoyable and meaningful. I focus not only on helping students achieve their academic or musical goals but also on building their confidence and love for learning. I strive to create lessons that are both structured and engaging, ensuring that students stay motivated and make steady progress.

My lessons are ideal for beginners, young learners, and students who prefer a supportive and step-by-step learning approach. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to strengthen your existing skills, I am here to guide and support you throughout your learning journey.
