About Freya

My name is Freya and I have played piano since I was 4 years old! I love all styles of music including jazz, classical and film music. I previously took part in Channel 4's 'The Piano' where I played for an audience at Brighton station. My goal in life is to share my passion for music and help bring people confidence in what they love doing!

About the lesson

I can teach any genre of piano and can help students build skills in memory, sight reading, theory, improvisation and composition. I am able to teach these skills up to Grade 5 with any age welcome. I am currently a Music tutor at a primary school in London where I also teach rhythms, keyboard, percussion and more. I offer lessons from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your needs and wants.

I met Freya at King's College London. She offered to tutor me, and she was so helpful. She got me through difficult pieces that I couldn't overcome, and she taught me a special confidence to play in public! I would recommend her to anyone.
