About Max
I have been teaching over the past four years alongside playing professionally with many theatres and bands. I am classically trained and can teach a wide variety of musical genres, from heavy rock, pop, jazz, classical and funk. While also being able to teach music theory up to a Grade 5 standard, and electric bass to grade 8.

I believe each student is different and therefore each lesson should be delivered in a different manner. I like to base my lessons on improving a students playing ability while also focusing on the most important aspect of music, enjoying what you are playing! I love to encourage creativity among my students, focusing on how to construct bass lines.
