About Ábel Márton
I have been playing the piano and writing songs since I was 5.
I play jazz-fusion, funk and rock music in the bands DAS Trio, Abel Marton Nagy's Cosmos Band and DJABE.
I studied jazz composition at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversitat in Vienna. My main teacher was Andy Middleton, American jazz saxophonist.
I have been on tour with Steve Hackett, original guitar player of Genesis.

I help! I've been studying music theory since I was 7 (like any normal kid lol). Of course, I didn't like it at the time, but later I realized that it is a great help to understand music. Since then I have written and recorded more than 50 songs with small and large bands.
