About Natalie

Having been strongly musically inclined for all of my nineteen years, I now have over 30 completed songs and even more soon-to-be-completed songs. With numerous tracks on sound cloud and 0.5k tiktok/instagram followers (concealed information) @residentfangirl), I am currently focusing most strongly on singing. I have two acoustic guitars, one electric guitar, two ukuleles, and a piano available for use! I would prefer the student bring their own instrument, but depending on different circumstances, I will allow the weekly use of one of my personal instruments (possible take-home renting for select exceptions). | live in a clean and tidy house alongside my parents, brother, pet dog, two pet cats, and two fish. Aside from music, I do a lot of reading, gardening, writing, and crocheting/knitting! :)

About the lesson

Hello! My name's Natalie, and I have always had a strong passion for music. At 8, I began learning piano basics and music theory. At 13, 1 received my first guitar and began teaching myself to play. During the recent pandemic, I bought my first ukulele and even began writing songs. Personally, I believe that spreading the joy of music to all is an often overlooked necessity of society today. Many of us get lost in our responsibilities, letting them consume our lives. We often forget to take a breath and enjoy the present, which creates a world full of anxiety and endless burnout. Teaching individuals music skills from a young age can certainly ease this constant stress, and would create a more calm and content society. Art and musical creativity is such a healthy outlet and coping technique, aiding in relaxation and enjoyment of life to its fullest. I am looking to teach really any age, children to adults. I am able to teach through beginner and intermediate levels. Hope to schedule lessons with you soon! :)
