I firstly know people's NEED, DESIRE, PAIN and then design each class accordingly. Having done assessment of a body let me understand the corrections they need in your body posture and alignment. Assessment is very much detail in which, I observed the imbalances in alignment or any odds in posture. I also takes prenatal classes, postnatal classes, online classes rehab classes. I am here to help you find the joy in your fitness journey.
