About Uma
I’m Uma Bharathi, an M.Sc. graduate in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA University with a 300-hour Yoga Instructor certification. My research explores "Breathing-based recovery and its effects on attention and response inhibition following treadmill induced exercise".
I’ve worked with diverse health needs, including PCOS/PCOD, cancer, obesity, and Parkinson’s, along with therapeutic yoga and meditation.
I want to share my knowledge because I believe yoga is most meaningful when it is personalized to the individual. My goal is to help each student understand their body, work toward their goals, and build a practice they can genuinely sustain.

I believe yoga should feel personal, positive, and purposeful. I take time to understand your goals, body, and comfort level, and then create a practice that works for you. My sessions blend yoga therapy, asanas, pranayama, meditation, mobility, and strength-helping you build not just a practice, but a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.
