I have been studying and practicing Kickboxing for 8 years in the Kickboxing Black Belt (I have been in Ninjutsu for 15 more years (reaching 2 Dan) and I have been in the Personal Trainer fitness field for 8 years working both in private classes (at home), personal trainings (ENERGY FITNESS ALTAVISTA) My last 5 years I have specialized in Nutrition and Obesity, taking certificates by UNAM and by the Canadian company PRECISION NUTRITION

I do not impose diets or exercises, I teach you what to eat and I adapt to your work or social life. Finally you will learn as I explain so that you understand the why of the exercises.
