Anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout don’t come from a textbook. They’re shaped by your unique story: family dynamics, societal pressures, even the unspoken rules of your upbringing ("не выделяйся," "терпи").
**I blend CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy not because it’s trendy — but because *you* deserve tools that fit *your* life, not a one-size-fits-all manual.**
