About Ana
I've been working for 5 years with students of different ages in various clubs rhythmic gymnastics and various gyms. I know about some of the best relaxation techniques, stretching, etc. In my career as a coach, I have formed pupils able to reach the highest nationwide.

My name is Ana Pérez Ortega and have been a gymnast at national level throughout my life. Today I train girls, and offer relaxation classes and stretching in the same club. The methodology used is relaxation, good treatment and confidence in students to develop and enhance the physical abilities to the maximum.
