About Danielle Jonn
My name is Danielle Jonn, but my students may call me Dan.
Throughout my educational career, I've competed at the national level in narrative writing, editorial journalism, parliamentary debate, model United Nations, and oration.
My proudest achievements however, aren't at the national level, it's the local programs. Running an organization to teach children how to tell stories, coaching young debaters, and helping students overcome their fear of speaking in public, those things make me proud.
I believe that, beyond learning a language, students should learn to find their voice. Each and every student is capable of going that extra mile and expressing themselves.
I hope we can undertake that journey together.

My name is Danielle Jonn, and I have been writing, performing, and orating for as long as I can remember. As a consistent honors student, event host, debate coach, and co-head of a public speaking organization, I am no stranger to teaching and expanding upon the basics.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, which provides me with greater insight that I apply in teaching.
I believe that a consistent, constructive approach that focuses on building a student’s confidence is the best way to develop persuasive speakers.
Lesson length will range from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
My lessons are centered on building a fundamental understanding of spoken English grammar, as well as the practical application of speaking skills in a low-pressure yet challenging environment.
Lessons are intended for learners of all ages and levels. Lesson content ranges in difficulty from basic pronunciation work to applied coaching in persuasive speaking, oration, and parliamentary debate skills.
