About Harshit
I'm a fitness enthusiast, a Shuttler for the past 10 years. I provide personal fitness sessions and help to achieve the physique you dreamt of. You get what you work for, not what you dream for! I inspire people to be motivated. The person has to be concentrated and focused in the field of fitness. Fitness is not only about working on a body. It's a game of concentration, self-confidence, and hard work.

My teaching method works differently on different person. The work of a trainer is not to tell the exercises and sit relaxed, it's more to keep focused on their students and inspire them to achieve their goals. Building a mindset is more important than building fitness!
