I’m Ahana, a Certified Yoga Trainer, National Medalist, and dedicated yoga practitioner since 2017. Over the years, yoga has transformed my life, and I love helping others experience the same benefits. My approach combines traditional yoga, mindfulness, and personalized guidance to help students improve their physical and mental well-being, regardless of age or fitness level.

Hi, I’m Ahana, a Certified Yoga Trainer and National Medalist. My online yoga classes are designed for beginners and intermediate learners looking to improve fitness, flexibility, posture, stress management, and overall well-being.
