About Maryna
I believe that enthusiasm, a positive attitude, a sense of humor and the willingness to adjust, are the keys of being a great teacher as well as a successful student.
Being a native Afrikaans speaker and growing-up in a family where the Afrikaans language was proudly spoken using the correct tense and pronunciation, I have gained the necessary knowledge to teach my native tongue.
Having a National Diploma in Journalism, and working as a journalist in the past, is also an asset, especially for teaching conversational, reading and writing skills.

As a native Afrikaans speaker, I can teach you basic conversational skills, as well as the necessary grammatical rules of the language for speaking. reading and writing. I adjust my lessons depending on each individuals' needs and expectations.
My goal is for each student to feel enlightened and content with what they have accomplished.
