About Facundo

I'm Facundo, from City Bell, La Plata. I live here and I work in Buenos Aires, so I do the commute every day by Train Roca and I know all the real ways to move. I am not a traditional teacher from an academy. I am a local who teaches you how Buenos Aires really works in 2026.
I help tourists and expats understand the SUBE Digital, when the bus is worth it and when it's better to take an Uber, and how to not get scammed. I speak clear Spanish and fluent English. I am patient, honest, and I will tell you the truth about the city: it's under construction, some areas are messy, but I know the shortcuts. My classes are practical, not just grammar.

About the lesson

Hi, I'm Facundo, I live in City Bell and commute to Buenos Aires every day. I don't teach boring textbook Spanish. I teach you real survival Spanish to move in CABA in 2026.
In 3 classes you will learn:
1. SUBE Digital: how to download the app, activate it on your phone, and charge it with Mercado Pago. No plastic card needed.
2. When to use bus/subte vs Uber/Cabify. Bus is $450 and subte $900 now, often it's better and safer to use Uber at night or when you are 2 people. I show you how to order it and what to say to the driver.
3. Real phrases: "¿Me avisás en...?", "¿Me dejás en la esquina?", how to share location, and how to avoid scams.
This is my main course. My second optional course is a Saturday day trip to La Plata by Train Roca, not by the crowded 129 bus in Once that never stops in Constitución.

That is Tuesday 2pm-4pm / Mon, Wed, Thu 6:30pm-7:30pm Miami time.
