About Phillip
I have worked as a Real Estate Sales Manager for 5 years and previously spent 8 years in hospitality management with Hilton Hotels and Crystalbrook Collection, working closely with international staff and students. My lessons are ideal for international learners who want extra support with English for work, study, or everyday life in Australia.
I want to help because I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be to live and work in a new country without feeling fully confident in the language. Strong English skills open doors — socially and professionally — and I genuinely enjoy helping people build that confidence so they can feel more comfortable, capable and included in everyday Australian life.

My teaching style is practical, supportive and tailored to real-life situations. I focus on helping international students and workers build confidence in reading, writing, conversation and understanding everyday Australian English — including formal communication and common Australian slang.
Lessons are held online via Google Meet and can be either 30 minutes or 60 minutes, depending on your schedule. Each class is interactive and personalised to your level, and you’ll receive notes after every session to help you revise and continue improving.
