About Maedeh

Hello! My name is Maedeh, and I am a native English speaker who was raised and educated in Australia. English is my first language, and I am also a native Persian speaker.

I have experience teaching English to children and enjoy helping students develop their confidence and communication skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. I believe that learning a language should be enjoyable, and I love creating lessons that make students feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to learn.

Having experience with both English and Persian also allows me to better understand some of the difficulties Persian-speaking students may face when learning English.

I am friendly, patient, and enthusiastic, and I always aim to make my students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Whether you are a parent looking for an engaging English teacher for your child or an adult wanting to improve your English, I would love to help you reach your goals!

About the lesson

My lessons are personalised to each student’s age, level, goals, and learning style. I create a friendly and supportive environment where students can feel comfortable speaking English and making mistakes while building their confidence.

For children, my lessons are fun, interactive, and engaging, using games, conversation, songs, stories, visuals, and activities to make learning feel natural and enjoyable. I have experience teaching young children and understand the importance of keeping lessons interesting while using repetition and encouragement to help new vocabulary and skills stay in their memory.

For teenagers and adults, I can help with conversational English, speaking confidence, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and improving overall fluency. Lessons can be structured around your individual goals and interests.

As a native English speaker raised in Australia and a native Persian speaker, I can also understand some of the challenges Persian-speaking students may experience when learning English.

My goal is to help every student feel confident, comfortable, and motivated while making real progress in English!
