About Helen
Hi everyone, my name is Helen Zhu, and I’ll be your Chinese teacher. I’m really looking forward to working with you all and helping you learn and grow. A little about me: I studied Science and majored in pathology at UNSW, and during that time, I developed a strong passion for understanding how the human body works, especially how diseases develop and how we can prevent and treat them. But what I discovered along the way is that I love sharing knowledge just as much as learning it. I also hope to share a bit about my country and culture with you. I'm from China, and if you're ever interested in learning more about Chinese language, traditions, or anything related, please don’t hesitate to ask or reach out to me. I’d be really happy to chat and help you get started if you’re interested in studying Chinese! If you’re just looking to learn a bit of Chinese for fun, want to practice speaking, or if you’re thinking about traveling to China in the future, feel free to reach out!
