About Klaudia

I have just finished my year abroad at the Ivy League institution that is the University of Pennsylvania with a 3.9GPA. I gained invaluable experience academically, professionally and personally, and I look forward to sharing that with my students. I am currently an undergraduate Psychology student who enjoys travelling and learning through documentaries and books! I am a native English and Polish speaker offering tuition, practice, homework help etc. to anyone who may need it. On weekends I volunteer with children with SEND and have had previous employment working with children of all ages. Please feel free to send me a message - I look forward to hearing from you :) || Właśnie zakończyłam rok studiów za granicą na prestiżowym uniwersytecie Ivy League, University of Pennsylvania, z wynikiem GPA 3.9. Zdobyłam bezcenne doświadczenie na poziomie akademickim, zawodowym i osobistym, którym z przyjemnością podzielę się z moimi uczniami. Obecnie studiuję psychologię na poziomie undergraduate. Uwielbiam podróżować oraz zdobywać wiedzę poprzez książki i filmy dokumentalne! Jestem również native speakerem języka angielskiego i polskiego – oferuję korepetycje, pomoc w nauce, ćwiczenia, wsparcie przy zadaniach domowych i nie tylko, każdemu, kto tego potrzebuje. W weekendy pracuję jako wolontariuszka z dziećmi ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi (SEND), a wcześniej zdobywałam doświadczenie zawodowe, pracując z dziećmi w różnym wieku. (Polish below) Hello! My name is Klaudia and I grew up in London speaking both English and Polish fluently while pursuing Spanish all throughout school. I see the value and understand the struggle that comes with learning a new language fluently and so am offering formal and informal English (or Polish) help. I have an incredible amount of experience working with people of all ages, as well as tutoring A-level Psychology and so am very versatile in my teachings. Dorastałam w Londynie, posługując się biegle zarówno językiem angielskim, jak i polskim, a przez całą szkołę uczyłam się również języka hiszpańskiego. Doskonale rozumiem, jak cenna, ale też wymagająca potrafi być nauka nowego języka, dlatego oferuję zarówno formalną, jak i nieformalną pomoc w nauce języka angielskiego (lub polskiego). Mam duże doświadczenie w pracy z osobami w różnym wieku, a także w udzielaniu korepetycji z psychologii na poziomie A-level – dzięki czemu potrafię dostosować sposób nauczania do indywidualnych potrzeb ucznia. She explained difficult topics clearly, was patient and encouraging, and gave me much more confidence going into the exam. klaudia has helped me massively to understand topics that teachers couldnt, mainly with approaches and research methods. Shes very understanding and non judgmental which is the most important qualitys for a tutor to have. She checks to make sure you understand a question by doing informal quizzes, which really motivate me to concentrate as in class i tend to get distracted and pretend to know whats going on. Klaudia has proven to be flexible when it comes to cancellations and extra sessions which is very beneficial as in sixth form its easy to get too busy.
