About Shelia
I lead with professionalism and I inspire confidence in my students as they face new learning goals and explore current ones even further. I also provide opportunities for learners to have flexible learning- lessons are adapted to your schedule and can be taken entirely online. My lessons are designed specifically for English Language Learners (ELLS) of all backgrounds who already know basic grammar, but freeze up wen it is time to speak. Whether you nee English for work, travel, your university courses, or for daily conversation, this is for you.
As a naive English speaker, I use an immersive, conversation- first method heavily inspired by dynamic Speaking and Listening techniques. We use real- world scenarios, accent training and immediate feedback to support the way that my students practice different exercises individually.
A typical lesson includes conversational topics pronunciation and accent training, business English and Grammar and Writing. I have a personal belief that no two students learn the same way. That's why every single lesson is 100% customized to your unique goals, interests and learning styles.
