About Orla
My name is Orla and I am from Ireland.
I am a qualified TEFL teacher with a big passion for languages. I want to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with other people and help them reach their language goals.
I love reading, dancing, hiking, baking, and painting. I have been told that I am a patient and encouraging tutor/teacher. I like to create a relaxed and open environment for my lessons that is always centered on the student's needs.
I previously worked as a language assistant in France so I can't wait to get back into the role of a tutor and meet new people!

Offering 50-minute English lessons via Zoom.
During the trial session, we can discuss your language goals and how you want to achieve them. We can then design a plan that suits your needs and learning style.
I am an avid language learner myself so I understand the joys and pains of learning a new language!
I am a native English and Irish speaker. I have a B2 in French. I am a beginner in German, Korean, and Irish Sign Language.
I believe learning a language should be fun and diverse so I will base our lessons around topics you enjoy and I will use various methods to keep you motivated, e.g. reading comprehension, videos, and fun activities.
For more advanced learners, I can offer History lessons in English as I am a History graduate.
