About Anna
Though I have not formally taught any classes, I am well equipped to do so. My primary and secondary education was rooted in the Classical education, giving weight to the Humanities - English, Literature, History, and Philosophy. As a French and History Major, language and writing is a large part of my studies. I truly believe I can help accomplish several learning goals for any individual in better understanding and utilizing the English language.

I am a French and History Major, who has hopes to pursue her Masters in Art History to then acquire a classroom teaching job for high school students. I have my high school diploma and am currently a junior in college. An important aspect to learning any language is starting at the very basics; this means understanding grammar and why we say or write the way we do. Just as a musician must understand their musical theory before advancing, so must a learner of language study their grammatical theory in order to improve their understanding of the language. I hope to make this aspect of language come more easily to the student as well as provide a more clear understanding of more formal, or written language as well as the common vernacular.
