About Kirie
I love to see my students succeed. English is not a particularly easy language to learn, but it is doable. I spent a year and a half living in Taiwan and I taught English every week to students with varying levels of English experience. We had fun and developed their confidence to speak English. I have met so many people who know the words on paper and can technically pass their tests, but when it comes to having a conversation, they freeze. They struggle with listening, speaking, and confidence. Together we can change that and turn you into a fluent English speaker.

I think the best way to learn English is to practice, practice, practice. I like to focus on having conversations and using new vocabulary in these conversations.
A typical lesson plan would go as follows:
- Introduction to new vocabulary
- How to use the vocabulary, this usually includes making sentences.
- Putting vocabulary to practical use by having conversations.
- A fun way to remember
I have taught many different age groups and levels, but my lessons are primarily geared toward beginners.
But if you are intermediate or advanced, I am more than happy to work with you as well.
