About Holly
I am an undergraduate student at University, fluent in French and a native English speaker who took both French and English language and literature at A level (A* achieved in English and an A achieved in French, so I know how to learn languages). I tutored a group of six students in French, and helped them to become fluent and achieve excellent grades, so I have experience teaching languages! I am passionate and a patient teacher who will help you to reach your full potential!

I am adaptable and am happy to let you take a lead! However, I enjoy taking a discussion based approach to teaching languages. By engaging my students in natural conversation, they learn how to use English in everyday life and sound like a local! I have a Southern accent, but can teach you to speak in a range of different British/English dialects if you like! I would love our discussions to be in subjects that you are really interested and engaged in as my student, so before each session we will prepare conversation prompts. We will also discuss complex grammar. Finally, we will include written English in each session, because I think it is essential to know how something is written in order to revise it and be able to use it fluently in conversation! Please remember - you're the boss! I am very happy to adjust to your needs and desires, and make this session as fun and worthwhile as possible for both of us!
