About Natalie
I am a consistent Deans List student studying Finance and IT Management at Seton Hall University. In school, I am a SKOOLED mentor for students of lower socioeconomic students. Outside of school, I have been a Polish tutor for several years as a way to give back to my community!

I am a kind and understanding teacher. My teaching style changes based on the needs of each student, but typically remains demonstrative. First, I like to do a diagnostic assessment to identify the starting point of each student, and where their shortcomings are. I organize my lesson plans by first giving myself time to explain the topic, do an example together, let the student do an example “alone with guidance”, and then “alone with observation”. I am very approachable and appreciate questions and understand the different types of learners!
