About Alyson
I was born in England, but 20 years ago I came to live in Spain. Since I turned 13 I have cared for and taught English to many children. I have worked in various academies and schools teaching after-school English classes. These last 3 years I have also taught adults and prepared them for the Cambridge A2 & B1 exams.

I love teaching to motivate students. Learning a language is not easy and especially if we have already don't like the subject due to some bad experience. If you put your mind to it, we are all capable of learning. I really like working with colours to make it more fun, with diagrams, with images, videos, games, posters ... I like teaching both in Spanish and in English. In this way one does not disconnect completely or so that they can show me that they have understood. When it comes to oral practice, it is something that we do not normally learn at school and it is important when traveling / working ... without any pressure, I always make the student have more confidence in themselves and learn to speak. Above all, each person is different and I focus on the personalized learning of each one.
