when my students sit in my class, they don’t just want a teacher. They want someone who has actually done the work. They expect me to show them the difference between what the books say and how the real world actually works.

The "tools" to actually do the job.
• Budgeting: How to do a lot of work even when there is very little money.
• Project Management: How to start a project, keep it running, and know when it’s finished.
• Reporting: How to use data to prove that our work is actually helping people.
2. The Hard Lessons
Learn from my experience, not just my successes.
• Problem Solving: What to do when things go wrong? Know how I handle a crisis.
• People Skills: How to talk to government leaders, local chiefs, and the people we are trying to help.
• Adaptability: How to change the plan quickly when the situation on the ground changes.
3. The "Why" and the "How"
The right attitude:
• Ethics: How to help people without making them feel small or "less than."
• Resilience: How to keep working even when I’m tired or when progress is slow.
• Professionalism: How to be a leader that people can trust.
I will help you to build the confidence to go out there and handle the messiness of NGO work. I’m not just teaching a subject; I’m showing them how to survive and succeed in this career.
