About Marc

I am a calm and open-minded native speaker who finds inspiration in both the simple joys and the beautiful complexities of life. My philosophy is grounded in the real world: I believe that everyday moments are the best tools for learning a language effectively.

As a tutor, I am a listener first. I prioritize building a genuine human connection where you feel heard and supported. I deeply value the effort you put in and believe that progress happens best in a low-pressure environment. With a spontaneous spirit and a healthy sense of humor, I use my intuition to adapt to your energy, ensuring that our sessions are always a positive resource rather than a source of stress.

I avoid unnecessary complexity unless it serves a meaningful purpose. My goal is to be your guide and partner in Kuala Lumpur, turning our interactions into a practical, enjoyable, and truly inspiring journey toward mastering French.

About the lesson

My Methodology: Logic First, Results Follow
I believe that to master French, you must first understand the "logic" behind its grammatical culture. We won’t just memorize rules; we will explore why the language works the way it does. This foundational approach ensures that once we dive into the basics, your progress is faster, more intuitive, and built to last.

A Modern, Vibrant Approach
To keep our sessions dynamic and practical, I utilize AI-assisted frameworks to design custom lesson "sketches" for every class. This doesn't mean a robot teaches you—it means I have a structured, cutting-edge roadmap for every session, ensuring the content is always fresh, relevant, and tailored to your specific goals rather than a dusty textbook.

Who is this for?

Levels: Complete beginners looking for a solid start or intermediate learners aiming for fluency.

Age: Adults, students, or expats in KL.

Typical Length: 60 to 90 minutes per session, depending on your focus.

My Qualifications
While I am a new tutor, I bring the expertise of a native speaker from Lyon and a professional background in English-to-French translation. My experience matching job titles across languages has given me a sharp eye for linguistic nuances that you won't find in standard courses.

I am here to turn the "difficulty" of French into a cool, pleasant, and natural interaction.
