About Laetitia

Bonjour! I’m Laetitia, a native French speaker with a background in education and a passion for helping others grow through language. I worked as a teaching assistant in a UK primary school, where I supported young learners with care, creativity, and patience. Today, I bring that same dedication to my French tutoring — offering lessons that are engaging, personalised, and adapted to each student’s pace and goals. Whether you're a parent looking for a gentle and fun start for your child, or an adult learner aiming to build fluency and confidence, you're in the right place. I’m committed to creating a supportive learning environment where you feel comfortable, motivated, and proud of your progress. Professional, reliable, and encouraging — I’m here to help you succeed in French!

About the lesson

As a native French speaker and former teaching assistant in a UK primary school, I, Laetitia, bring a kind, patient, and adaptable approach to tutoring. In addition to supporting pupils across the curriculum, I also taught French within the school, creating fun, engaging lessons that inspired young learners.

Now, I offer playful French sessions for children and structured, confidence-building lessons for teens and adults. My teaching method is fully tailored to each learner’s needs, blending conversation, visuals, games, and real-life situations to make French both practical and enjoyable.

With classroom experience and a deep love for languages, I teach learners of all ages and levels — from curious children to adults looking to learn or improve their French. My goal is always to help students feel encouraged, supported, and proud as they grow in confidence and fluency.

Perfect! A fantastic gem of a teacher. Offering the most affordable rates on the platform, she shares her wealth of experience as a native speaker in a way that's friendly and easy to understand. Ideal for beginners as she's very patient and helps you get to grips with the basics. In addition to the lessons, she goes above and beyond by sending you notes to review at the end of each lesson. She is a pleasure to work with and make lessons enjoyable. She was highly accommodating of my tricky university schedule. I look forward to many more lessons to come.
