About Marina
I am currently a postgraduate student at UCL, with a background in art history who has been teaching Greek as a second language to adult students in Cyprus. With my experience and the positive feedback I have received from teaching greek, I have the skills to plan your classes to suit your needs and expectations. Moreover, I am a language enthusiast learning languages in my spare time (currently Arabic and Korean) so I am fully aware of how it is to be a student learning a new language.

I am a motivated teacher with a flexible approach towards teaching, as I tailor the lessons to accommodate students' goals and special interests. My classes combine traditional teaching methodologies (useful for understanding grammar) and more interactive approaches where the students' greek language skills are strengthened through more interactive and interest-focused activities.
I myself have plenty of interests, so I appreciate that interests could be a great way to get to know a language better. For instance, if you have an interest in films we could be talking about Greek Cinema, archeology we could be talking about Ancient Greece, food we could be talking about greek recipes.
