About Subin Bella

Hello! My name is Subin, and I am a native Korean speaker currently based in Toronto, Canada. I am passionate about teaching Korean and helping students build both confidence and practical communication skills.

About the lesson

My approach as a Korean tutor is student-centred, practical, and engaging. As a native Korean speaker, I focus on helping students build real confidence in using the language in everyday situations, not just memorizing grammar.

Teaching methodology and techniques:
I combine structured learning (grammar, vocabulary, sentence patterns) with interactive practice such as conversation, role-playing, and listening exercises. Typical lesson plan:
A typical lesson includes a short review of previous material, introduction of new vocabulary or grammar, guided practice (speaking and writing), and a conversational activity to apply what we learned. I also provide feedback and small take-home exercises to reinforce learning.
